Be sure to use all lowercase. Capitalization makes a difference in Google Analytics. Use an underscore between words, not spaces.

Options for content for referrals for dental clinic:
chi_md
privatedds

You can add the date of the email communication to content to help you narrow down which communication it was; use YYYYMMDD format.
