Group Visit Request Form

Availability: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays year-round at the Omaha campus.

Duration: Full visits last ~1.5 hours (tour + presentation). Standalone tours last ~45 minutes.

Notice Required: Please contact us at least three (3) weeks before your desired visit date.

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time. However, some dates may not be available (i.e., Admissions event days, university holidays, midterm and finals weeks).

You will be contacted within 2-3 business days regarding your request. Approved visit requests will be sent a confirmation email with details about visits: agenda, directions to campus, parking, where to meet, etc.

Summer Visits are only available starting at 11:45 a.m.

School year visit options begin at 8:45 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.

Dining Options

Lunch is not provided by the Admissions Office. If your group is interested in eating on campus, lunch in Brandeis Dining Hall is $11 person and you can pay for lunch via cash or card on the day of your visit or can coordinate in advance with Dining services to pay via invoice.

Please note, our dining hall has limited hours of operation over the summer.

Group Visit Expectations and Late Policy

Group Visit Expectations

Groups must have at least 1 chaperone for every 15 students and chaperones must be 21 years of age or older.
Chaperones must accompany their group for the entirety of the visit.
Visit itineraries are contingent upon the availability of student ambassadors, admissions staff, campus partners, and classroom space.
Our group tours will go out rain or shine, so students and chaperones should wear appropriate footwear and outerwear based on weather conditions.

Late Policy

If your group arrives late, your visit itinerary may be changed at the discretion of our group visit coordinator. Our tour guides are current students and may not be available beyond the scheduled time.
If your group arrives more than 25 minutes late, your visit will be canceled.
